Texas law firm supporting Navy veterans
1/31/2012
A law firm is standing up for former service members of the Navy who may have been exposed to asbestos regularly from the 1930s to 1970s which can lead to mesothelioma.
Texas-based Eddins Law Firm recently updated its website to provide additional information to support men and women who have served the country and deserve additional
veterans benefits in addition to the ones currently provided by the federal government.
“Our attorneys and support staff are experts in this area and represent veterans on mesothelioma cases from initial consultation through trial and appeal," said Ron Eddins, founder of the law firm. "We are also very sensitive to the emotion and pain the victim and family are dealing with and are skilled at handling the legal matters with minimal personal disruption.”
Former service members looking to take advantage of their entitled services and benefits from the government will likely benefit from a new movement from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to streamline its claims process and improve the accuracy of those claims by transitioning the process to the internet in a paperless format.
